Short biography: | Colin Pendapala Namene has a solid educational background within the field of environmental management comprising Environmental Assessments, Energy, Climate Change Policy and Governance, and Resilience for Sustainable Development. Colin has several years of local authority experience where he spent 9 years as Manager of Technical Services responsible for environmental management, town planning, and infrastructure management for the Arandis Town Council. He currently provides his services to Africa Planning Forum as an Environmental Assessment Practitioner. Colin has the following academic qualifications: • Masters of Science (MSc) in Environmental Management (University of Reading, United Kingdom) • Bachelors of Arts (BA) in Environmental Management (University of South Africa) • Certificate in Urban Infrastructure Planning and Management (Human Settlement Management Institute, New Delhi, India) • National Diploma in Business Computing (Polytechnic of Namibia) |
