| Short biography: | Theo is an Environmental and Social Practitioner and Manager with over sixteen (16) years theoretical and practical hands on work experience in the socio-economic justice, mining and development finance sector in, the field of environmental management, health and safety, human and sustainable development and environmental and social governance. Theo was involved in reviewing of Environmental and Social Impact Assessments reports for various projects that may have an impact on air quality, ground water, biodiversity, communities and carried out compliance monitoring and implementation of Environmental Management Plans for various mines and industry. |
