| Short biography: | Ritta Khiba is a Namibian Environmental Assessment Practitioner and Town Planner with over fifteen years of professional experience. She holds a Master’s in Town and Regional Planning and a Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental Studies. As Principal Member of Ritta Khiba Planning Consultants CC, she has led numerous urban and environmental projects. A former lecturer at Namibia University of Science and Technology, she is also President of the Namibia Council of Regional Planners. Ritta’s expertise spans public participation, regional development, and sustainable planning, supported by memberships in national and international professional bodies. She is fluent in English and Afrikaans, with conversational skills in several local languages. |
